Epoxies, Etc. has developed four (4) 2-part epoxy adhesives to meet the stringent needs of the SMT Stencil Manufacturing industry:
Part #10-3022 is a two-part room temperature curing adhesive that is designed to be used in either bonding of polyester mesh to aluminum frames or for bonding stainless steel foil to polyester mesh. Available in White, Gray or Green .
Part #10-3028 is a two-part room temperature curing adhesive that is designed to be used in either bonding of polyester mesh to aluminum frames or for bonding stainless steel foil to polyester mesh. It available in Gray only. This system is dersigned to survive in higher operating temperatures. (Up to 180 degrees F)
Part #10-3217 is a two-part room temperature curing adhesive that is designed to be used in bonding stainless steel foil to polyester mesh. It available in Gray and White . It has superior adhesion to stainless steel and high nickel alloys. It also has improved flexibility. This product has been proven successful at bonding foil without use of holes.
Part # 10-3044 is a two part room temperature curing adhesive used for both mesh & foil bonding. Available in both white and gray. Fast cure at 150 degrees F. Very high chemical resistance .
Part # 10-3005 is a two part room temperature curing adhesive used to fill fiducials . Jet black and very fast curing.
