Prestretched Frames for SMT Stencils
Printer's Edge,Screen Solutions supplies prestretched aluminum frames for all common SMT Stencil Frames. All frames are stretched with IFC 64/127 or 74/142 low elongation polyester mesh, and bonded with a proprietary heat cured epoxy adhesive.
Printer's Edge can provide you with frames meshed to tensions specified by you.
Remeshing programs of recycled frames is also available.
For RoHs applications, Green mesh, Green glue or Green powder coated frames are available.
